I am so thankful to Dr. Jones, Shelley and Kelcie! I was having a terrible time with dry eyes and had crazy vision and terrible headaches as a result. Dr. Jones was very thorough, he asked many questions and then decided on a treatment plan. It’s not very often that you find a medical professional that is thorough and has a warm, friendly personality. Dr. Jones is both! I love his office staff also...Shelley and Kelcie are great at making me feel at home and have gone out of their way to help me. Thank you so much for your great service.

Shelley, I would like to thank you for your help yesterday. You made me feel right at home and made the process of choosing a pair of glasses very easy! Just wanted to let you know that so far I’m very satisfied with the glasses I got from Fountains. Although these are economy frames, they fit better than any pair I’ve had in at least 5 years and the lenses are fantastic.

I can’t say enough great things about Fountains Eyecare! Dr. Jones is very thorough and extremely nice. He explained everything that was happening in the exam and answered all my questions. He really took his time with me and made me feel important. My daughter also had an appointment with him. I would HIGHLY recommend taking children to see Dr. Jones. He was so patient and wonderful with her! He is very kid friendly and children seem very at ease with him. Shelly did a fantastic job of helping me pick out frames.  They have a great selection of frames and she was so helpful with selecting the right one for my face.The office is beautiful and the staff is incredible! I highly recommend coming here! We will be coming back for exams every year!

Dr. Jones, Shelly and the entire staff at Fountains Eyecare were amazing! I'm trying contacts for the first time and Shelly was to patient when teaching me to remove them. Thanks guys I can see my face again w/out glasses!

Hi, I recently had an appointment with Dr. Eric Jones. What a refreshing experience, in this day of many medical professionals rushing you in and out of their office. Dr. Jones took the time to answer all my questions, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I think he would be an excellent optometrist for children and the elderly...he is very patient and willing to listen. His office staff is very kind and professional.....easy to work with!

Fountains Eyecare, Dr. Jones and Shelley are outstanding.  I moved here recently and I am so glad that I chose Fountains Eyecare Center.  They have made numerous appointments for me on short notice and were happy to do so.  Dr. Jones has always taken the time to answer all of my questions and never seemed like he wanted to rush me out of the office like the other Optometrists I have been to.  I highly recommend you try Fountains Eyecare Center!

It was almost impossible to find a private optometrist in the Metro-East, but I found Fountains Eyecare Center. Shelley and Dr. Jones are amazing. I felt I had known them for years. I received personal attention and all my questions were answered. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I would recommend anyone looking for above standard eyecare to visit Fountains before going anywhere!!

In this day of doctor's caring more about the "bottom line" Dr. Eric Jones is a refreshing change. In just my one visit with him I can tell he actually cares about his patients. He explained everything to me, and didn't try to "sell" me anything I really didn't need. I felt I had the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. If you know anyone who is elderly in your family I think he would be an excellent choice for an optometrist. He will be patient and take time with your loved ones. An A+ experience!!!

I agree with the previous reviewer, I think I got the best exam ever here. They have lots of state of the art testing equipment which make the exams more comfortable and efficient. Dr Jones and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. I liked that he took the time to explain everything even down to why he picked a particular brand of contact for me to wear. A First Class experience all around!‎
